YST Quality Mark

From: Youth Sport Trust

Who for: All Primary Schools

The YST quality mark is a nationally validated quality mark, providing schools with a simple and structured process to significantly improve PE and sport provision.

As part of the OFSTED criteria, schools will need to add a section to their website demonstrating how they are effectively utilising the funding provided.

The YST quality mark will help showcase schools progress and achievements in developing high quality PE and sport.

It is an online self-review tool that helps audit PE provision and identify priorities. Schools receiving an excellent rating will receive the YST Quality Mark to signify outstanding practice.

Schools not yet achieving the excellent standard on the self-review can use the resources available to Members in the resource library to support them to reach the standard.

Every YST Full Primary Member School can apply for Quality Mark. To see the full benefits associated with YST membership please click here.
