Lincolnshire Sport and Macmillan Cancer Support are working in partnership to encourage everyone to get involved in sporting activities.
The evidence is very substantial that being active can help physiologically and psychologically. The benefits of being active with cancer are enormous, from helping combat side effects to increasing self esteem.
Taking part in a match is all about the numbers. The sets, the scores, the innings, the rounds, under or over par, treble twenties, the first eleven and the three points. Match 4 Macmillan will help Macmillan Cancer Support be there for even larger numbers of people affected by cancer.
So get active and sign your company up to take part in competitive matches to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer. You can also sign your company up to the workplace games and if you are up for an extra challenge why not raise funds for Macmillan at the same time and help us make sure no one faces cancer alone.
